Old antique Silver forks and spoons from 1820′s vanuble or not?

When i moved into my house there was a shoe box full of old silver that was in the loft. nearly all of it is halmarked but i cant find out the halmarks from the websites… more to the point is a few forks and spoons valuble loose or is it worth more melted for silver? there is about 1.5kg they are not in what i would call exelent condition nor in a set! So withought looking going on principal is it worth anythin or can anyone offer me anything for it?

They honestly aren’t worth much. You would get more money either selling them to be melted, but may not be possible depending upon WHAT they are made out of, or selling them a flea market….not in a set, not in great shape, not really worth anything.
